🔹 Linear, parallel layouts with minimal sharp bends and short path lengths
🔹 Low-friction surfaces (Ra ≤1.6µm) and controlled turbulence only in high-heat zones
🔹 Gradual port transitions to avoid pressure spikes
🔹 System-level tuning for pressure drop (8–12 kPa/plate) and optimal inlet temps
