Thermal design aims to dissipate heat from heat sources, address power loss, and achieve effective heat transfer under actual operating conditions. Key evaluation factors include available installation space, thermal design power, chip case temperature, ambient temperature, and thermal resistance.

Solution Formulation (3-5 Working Days)
Based on the provided technical parameters including heat source power, heat source dimension, target temperature control limit, maximum allowable radiator outline size, cooling method (air cooling / liquid cooling) and mounting orientation, we will deliver customized design CAD drawings for customer review and confirmation.
Thermal Simulation Analysis (1-2 Working Days)
After the customer confirms the CAD geometric structure, we conduct thermal simulation in strict accordance with the specified ambient temperature, airflow direction and air volume, to verify the thermal performance fully meets application requirements.
Prototype Development (5-7 Working Days)
We fabricate engineering verification prototypes strictly following the finalized CAD design drawings.
Performance Testing & Verification(1-2days)
The finished prototypes are tested under simulated actual application scenarios to validate comprehensive thermal performance and reliability.
Mass Production Launch
Mass production and formal delivery will be initiated once the design, thermal simulation and prototype performance testing are all fully approved.
