1. Regular cleaning

During the use of Heat Exchanger, various dirt, sediment, etc. may accumulate on its surface and inside, affecting the heat exchange efficiency. 2. Check the seals

The good condition of the seals is essential to prevent leakage. Regularly check whether the seals are worn, aged or damaged, and replace the damaged seals in time to ensure the sealing of the Heat Exchanger.

3. Monitor pressure and temperature

Pay close attention to the pressure and temperature parameters when the Heat Exchanger is running. If the pressure rises abnormally or the temperature fluctuates unreasonably, it may mean that there is a blockage, leakage or other problems, which need to be checked and solved in time.

4. Check the quality of the fluid
