 What is heat exchanger

 

 A heat exchangers use aluminum grooved heat pipe  technology to move heat from inside an enclosure to the outside air. With very low energy consumption there are no moving parts, which increases the overall reliability and reduces maintenance needs. The heat pipe transfers heat by using a phase-changing fluid that absorbs heat from the enclosure as a liquid, converts it to a vapor, and then releases the heat to the outside air. As it releases the heat, the liquid cools and moves back to its original starting point. This will continue to circulate while moving heat out of the enclosure.

Custom Air-To-Air Heat Exchanger

Air-to-air heat exchangers can be used to reduce ambient temperature in closed chambers. They transfer thermal energy between two separate spaces. Reduce the temperature in the sealed cavity to ensure t hat the electronic components in the sealed cavity work at a lower a mbient temperature. At the same time, pollutants, dust, and moisture will not enter the sealed cavity. Heat is absorbed through one end of the aluminum heat pipe and the fins, and the heat is dissipated through the end outside the cavity.

Aluminum vapor chamber heat pipe

It is a Flat heat pipe. Also called: The Micro Port Extrusion (MPE)./ Thin planar heat pipes(heat spreader) / Micro Flat aluminum heat pipe arrays / Micro multi-channel flat heat pipe / Flat micro heat pipe arrays / Flat miniature heat pipe with micro capillary grooves

Liquid Cold plate

The heat to be dissipated is fastened to the surface of the liquid cooling plate. The inside of the liquid cooling plate is a flow channel structure with inlets and outlets, and is connected to the external liquid cooling pump circulation system through pipes. The heat absorbed by the liquid cooling plate is brought to an external heat dissipation device with a larger area and stronger performance through the circulation of the liquid for centralized heat dissipation. The cooled liquid flows back to the liquid cooling plate again to take away excess heat.

Loop Thermosyphon

Thermosiphon cooling heat sink module involves four components in a loop: an evaporator with a boiling enhancement structure, a rising tube, a condenser and a falling tube.

3DVC(Vapor Chamber) heat sink

3DVC radiator is a Micro channel flat heat pipe extended from the vapor chamber, connected to form a 3D vacuum body, and the fins are welded between the flat heat pipes.
