Working Principle

Air-to-Air Heat Exchanger    
An air-to-air heat exchanger transfers thermal energy between two separate air streams (hot exhaust air and fresh supply air) without direct contact, based on heat recovery and conduction principles. Hot air releases heat through the conductive core (copper heat pipe or ALVC heat pipe), while cold air absorbs it—enabling preheating/pre-cooling of incoming air and reducing HVAC energy consumption by up to 70%. The core(copper heat pipe or ALVC heat pipe) uses sealed, high-conductivity tubes to ensure zero air mixing and stable pressure, supporting continuous, efficient heat transfer.

Air-to-Liquid Heat Exchanger

An air-to-liquid heat exchanger transfers heat between air and a circulating liquid (water/glycol) via conduction and convection. Hot air flows over finned tubes, transferring heat to the liquid inside; the heated liquid circulates to a secondary radiator for dissipation, while the cooled air is reused. Pulsating Heat Pipe (PHP)

Pulsating Heat Pipe (PHP, or Oscillating Heat Pipe) is advanced thermal management tech for high-power electronics, delivering high-efficiency, reliable heat sinks for aerospace, satellites, military equipment and VPX cooling chassis. Different from conventional heat pipes, PHP adopts a simple closed capillary loop charged with working fluid. Driven by fluid phase change, internal oscillation transfers heat rapidly with low flow resistance, requiring no pumps or moving components. Liquid Cooling Plate (LCP)

Liquid cold plates capture heat through the contact surface and remove heat via precision-engineered internal flow channels. 3DVC Cooler

Roll Bond Plates
