Skived fin heat sink

The skived fin also called skiving fin is made by skived machinery to cut out fins with standardized space and same thickness. Due to higher precision cutting technology and then forming integration unit, raw material can be cut into more heat dissipation area. It can make skived fin heat sink working performance more efficiently. And also it can prolong service life of relevant thermal equipment. Skived fin heat sinks are mainly used for heat dissipation of higher power consumption equipment, medical, communication and so on.   .

We are factory for skived fin heat sink. We make skived fin with customized copper or aluminum skived fin material. It can make heat from absorbing base plate more directly. The skived fin inside our factory can make itself thinner as size as 0.2mm. The structure can avoid accumulation of thermal and force heat dissipated quickly. We can make product with copper or aluminum basing on customer’s requirement.

Skived fin feature following advantages

  ● Excellent conductivity. Integrated unit can improve dissipation performance.

  ● Higher density fins. We can make fins more thinner and more denser.

  ● Customized size, shape and material

  ● Less space limitation

  ● Excellent dissipation solution for higher power consumption machinery

  ● Better connection with heat source to form integrated unit.
