Working Mechanism :      

Thermosiphon cooling heat sink module involves four components in a loop: an evaporator with a boiling enhancement structure, a rising tube, a condenser and a falling tube. Where liquid boils and a condenser, where vapor condenses back to liquid; riser and down comer connect these parts. The thermosiphon is a passive heat transfer device, which relies on gravity for the liquid return to the evaporator. Heat is transferred as heat of vaporization from the evaporator to the condenser. It can be designed either as a single tube or as a closed loop. loop thermosiphon technology is the long distance and high power heat transfer capability. It can also handle two or more heat sources in one loop

Aluminum vapor chamber heat pipe

It is a Flat heat pipe. Also called: The Micro Port Extrusion (MPE)./ Thin planar heat pipes(heat spreader) / Micro Flat aluminum heat pipe arrays / Micro multi-channel flat heat pipe / Flat micro heat pipe arrays / Flat miniature heat pipe with micro capillary grooves

Liquid Cold plate

The heat to be dissipated is fastened to the surface of the liquid cooling plate. The inside of the liquid cooling plate is a flow channel structure with inlets and outlets, and is connected to the external liquid cooling pump circulation system through pipes. The heat absorbed by the liquid cooling plate is brought to an external heat dissipation device with a larger area and stronger performance through the circulation of the liquid for centralized heat dissipation. The cooled liquid flows back to the liquid cooling plate again to take away excess heat.

3DVC(Vapor Chamber) heat sink

3DVC radiator is a Micro channel flat heat pipe extended from the vapor chamber, connected to form a 3D vacuum body, and the fins are welded between the flat heat pipes.


All products have passed ISO9001, CE, TUV, SGS certificates. We can support customers with quality inspections if needed.

Q1:Can you provide free sample?


A:We can provide 1-3pcs general model samples of aluminum vapor chamber for free, but the shipping charge should pay by customer side. Customized products need to charge sample fees.

A.I have eight series of products. Different products require different information. Leave us a message in "Quote" at the top of the page, and our professional sales team will give you the most detailed answer.

Q3:lt's my first time to import thermal products, can you help me with it?


A:Sure, We will help you arrange the shipment, we will do it together with you.

Q4:Which term of the delivery?


A: Basically, the delivery terms are: Ex work (Our manufacture is located in Dongguan City, Guangdong Province) If you are importing goods for the first time, we can assist you to arrange DPU or DDP

Q5:What about the design and product prices?


A:We provide free cooling solution design. The products are manufactured in China. We will quote you the most competitive price.

Q6:What is your terms of payment ?


A:Basically, the payment terms require T/T in advance prepayment, because our products are not standard products, they are all customized products.

Q7.Do you provide custom made Products service?


A: We specialize in custom cooling solutions and radiators. Provide us with 2D/3D drawings, relevant heat source information, and structural information, and we will design a unique cooling solution for your project.

Q8:What are the design and delivery time?


A:The design time is 3-5 days.The mass production delivery time is 4-6 weeks.
