Working Process :
The principle of liquid cooling plate heat dissipation is actually simple. The heat to be dissipated is fastened to the surface of the liquid cooling plate. The inside of the liquid cooling plate is a flow channel structure with inlets and outlets, and is connected to the external liquid cooling pump circulation system through pipes. The heat absorbed by the liquid cooling plate is brought to an external heat dissipation device with a larger area and stronger performance through the circulation of the liquid for centralized heat dissipation. The cooled liquid flows back to the liquid cooling plate again to take away excess heat. This cycle repeats to control the operating temperature of electronic components.

Aluminum vapor chamber heat pipe
This technology is based on a flat heat pipe structure made of aluminum and enables efficient heat distribution at high power density. The heat is absorbed via the surface of the liquid cooling plate and dissipated via an internal channel system. Inside, there is a flow structure with an inlet and outlet, which is connected to an external pump and cooling circuit system via pipes. This allows the cooling medium to circulate continuously through the channels and efficiently transport the heat out of the system. The cooling plate is designed for use in a wide range of applications, including the automotive industry, where it is used to cool the engine compartment. It is also suitable for use in the food industry, where it is used to cool food products.
Heat transfer occurs purely passively via natural convection. The cooling medium circulates independently and completely without a mechanical pump. The closed circuit consists of four central components:an evaporator with an optimized boiling structure/a riser pipe/a condenser/and a downpipe.
3DVC radiator is a Micro channel flat heat pipe extended from the vapor chamber, connected to form a 3D vacuum body, and the fins are welded between the flat heat pipes.
