What is Roll bonded plates?
Roll Bonded liquid cold plate is welded by two aluminum plates. Silkscreen the pattern of the pipes on the inner surface of one of the aluminum sheets, this prevents the aluminum sheets from sticking together when they are rolled together. Two aluminum plates are welded to each other under high temperature and pressure.

The screen-printed pattern space between the plates is pressurized, deforming one or both plates, creating channels for the circulation of the cooling liquid. Then seal the inflated filling port.
The unique structure of the channel makes the fluid into the best turbulent state and realizes efficient heat exchange.
Roll bonded plates are versatile and can be welded, formed or installed depending on your application.
It can be applied to irregular shapes, under high pressure and high temperature, one-time molding, eliminating the need for secondary processing and greatly reducing manufacturing costs.

The inside of the roll bond plate is in a vacuum state. The refrigerant as the working medium vaporizes at the heat source to absorb heat, and liquefies in the area outside the heat source to release heat。
